By purchasing a gift certificate from this Life Tree Personal Service and Home Watch LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Gift Certificate purchase are non-refundable and have no cash value.
2. Gift Certificates are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the party listed on the gift certificate at time of purchase.
3. Gift Certificates are not valid if redeemed after the expiration period, which is 90 days after the date of purchase.

4. One week notice required for scheduling services.

5. One hour minimum per request

6. Offer good Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.
